Examples of content we collect and store include: IP addresses from your routers, netflow records, informations about your network or information about the users on your account.
Content you provide through our websites: The services also include our websites that we own or operate. We collect other content that you may submit to these websites, including social media or social networking websites operated by us. For example, you provide content to us when you provide feedback or when you submit a contact on our institutional website, or when you participate in any interactivity, survey, test, promotions, activities, or events.
Information you provide through our support channels: The services also include our customer support, where you can choose to submit information regarding an issue you may be experiencing with a service. When you designate a technical contact, open a support ticket, speak with one of our representatives directly, or otherwise contact the support team, you will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots, or other information that may be helpful in resolving the issue.
Payment Information: We collect payment and billing information when you register for paid services. After a certain period, we will delete or anonymize your information, or if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup files), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any other use until deletion is possible.

You have the right to request a copy of your information, object to our use of your information (including for commercial purposes), request deletion or restriction of your information, or request your information in an electronically structured form. Other Important Privacy Information
Note for end users
Many of our products are intended to be used by organizations. When the Services are made available to you through an organization (e.g., employer), this organization is the administrator of the Services and is responsible for the accounts and/or Service websites it controls. If this is the case, please direct your data privacy concerns to your administrator, as your use of the Services is subject to the policies of this organization. We are not responsible for the privacy and protection practices of an organization administrator, which may differ from this policy.
Administrators may:
